Digital Delivery Policy

1. Razorpay confirms the payment against the exact order amount.
2. The purchased listing is reserved and the seller is asked to provide fresh, usable credentials.
3. An administrator checks the order record and adds the credentials to the encrypted delivery record.
4. The buyer receives an in-app notification and can reveal the credentials from My Purchases.

Delivery is not instant or guaranteed at a fixed minute because it depends on the seller supplying current credentials. The order page shows the latest recorded status.

Credentials are not sent in ordinary marketing email, public pages or WhatsApp messages. They are encrypted at rest and decrypted only after the signed-in buyer's identity, order ownership, payment status and delivery state pass server-side checks.

After access is delivered, the buyer should test it promptly, update the available recovery and security information, and keep the order reference until the inspection period has ended.

If the seller does not respond, the delivered credentials do not work, or the important account details differ from the listing, use the order page or contact support immediately. Seller payout stays blocked while an eligible dispute is under review.

Cancellation and refund decisions follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. A refund is not automatic merely because a buyer changes their mind after a valid digital delivery.

4. International customers

The delivery workflow is digital and does not depend on the buyer's physical country. Prices may be displayed in an approximate local currency, while the current checkout and order ledger are charged and recorded in INR. International card availability depends on the payment methods enabled for the merchant account and the buyer's card issuer.
